June is Busting Out All Over
It’s June. Actually, it’s already the middle of June. How the heck did that happen? It seems like it was just yesterday that we were dealing with the brutal winter weather that seem to settle in with a vengeance in the Midwest. After having lived in Colorado for 47 years, it was a shock to my system and I welcome the warm weather and bright sunshine.
On the other hand, along with the warm weather and the sun comes some of the most spectacular storms I’ve ever seen in my life. I actually don’t mind storms, and find them kind of exciting, but I do get a little rattled when we get tornado warnings. I have never experienced a tornado and hope I never do, but perhaps my husband and I should have considered the possibility before we decided to move to Missouri.
Oh well....
